Workplace harassment and violence
Holder of a CES issued by Transport Canada — federal regime, Canada Labour Code.
Last updated: 2 October 2026
HighCloud Solutions Télépilotées inc. holds a CES (remotely piloted aircraft system operator certificate), number OC2509100001, issued by Transport Canada. Because the company holds this air operator certificate, it falls under the federal regime: the Canada Labour Code and the Work Place Harassment and Violence Prevention Regulations. This is the policy the employer makes available to staff to prevent harassment and violence and to receive a notice of occurrence.
Employer guide — Labour Program (Canada.ca)
1. What is covered
This covers any action, conduct or comment, including of a sexual nature, that can reasonably be expected to cause offence, humiliation or other physical or psychological injury or illness to an employee. It includes workplace violence and family, intimate-partner or sexual violence when it has an effect at work. The policy applies to people who work for HighCloud, including crew members, at the workplace, during work travel and in work-related communications.
2. Prevention
The employer assesses risk factors, informs staff, and does not tolerate harassment or violence. How work is organized — workload, roles, support — is part of that prevention, because those factors can lead to harassment or violence.
3. Notice of occurrence
- The person concerned or a witness may give notice verbally or through the form below.
- The notice is received by the designated recipient. It is not sent through the website’s commercial form or the CRM.
- The recipient acknowledges the notice and informs the principal party of the resolution steps within 7 days.
- Resolution may proceed by negotiated resolution, conciliation or an investigation. The process is completed within one year.
- Reprisals for a notice given in good faith are not tolerated.
4. If the situation involves management or the recipient
Check the box in the form. Until a separate mailbox is in place, the notice goes to info@highcloud.ca. If the situation involves the person who reads that inbox, contact the Labour Program at Employment and Social Development Canada directly. Contacting the Labour Program does not require writing to the employer first.
5. Confidentiality
Information in a notice is limited to the people who need it to apply the resolution process and to comply with the law. This public form does not ask for a medical file.
