THE ADVANTAGES OF THE DRONE

Rapid deployment |  Safe | Ecological

We are constantly discovering new ways to use drones in the inspection field, you might be pleasantly surprised at the benefits of using our services for your business.

DEPLOYMENT SPEED

Thanks to the speed of deployment and the efficiency of our drones, we can inspect your infrastructures  in a much shorter time than traditional methods.

SECURITY

All members of our team have completed professional civilian drone pilot training that meets Transport Canada standards (standard TP15263).

Each pilot and / or observer has a restricted radio operator license.

Each member has received their ASP / WHMIS 2015 training  in order to be safe on construction sites.

ADVANTAGES

The use of drones in the field of inspection offers many advantages:
• Rapid deployment.
• Provides easy access to hard-to-reach places
• Very low risk of accident or injury.
• Inspections filmed and / or accompanied by photographs.
• Possibility of monitoring operations in real time.

STANDARD INSPECTION BY SATP (DRONE)

Whether it is for inspections of structures, buildings, bridges, viaducts, wind turbines, electrical networks or for any other situation, drones generally make it possible to increase the efficiency, safety and quantity of data collected during inspections. They also make it possible to reduce maintenance costs by the preventive detection of possible breakdowns. RPAS can, in many situations, replace the use of other types of aircraft that cause more air pollution.

Inspection using high definition cameras is a non-invasive means of monitoring and / or diagnosing  the condition of a building, a structure and its components.

THE INSPECTION OF A BUILDING OR A STRUCTURE USING A STANDARD CAMERA ALLOWS TO:

• Visualize the state of the structure in general.
• Detect faults or absence  of certain components.
• Check the condition of the external pipes.
• Check the condition of the cable connections.
• Collect more data.

THERMAL INSPECTION BY DRONE

Thermal imaging applications

Inspection by means of a thermal imager is a means  powerful and non-invasive that allows monitoring and diagnosis  the condition of a building, a structure and its components. Thermal imaging has become one of the tools  most valuable diagnostic tools for their inspection. A camera  thermal technology makes it possible to identify problems very early on, therefore  document and correct them before they get worse and lead to  more expensive maintenance costs.

INSPECTING A STRUCTURE USING A THERMAL CAMERA ALLOWS TO:

• Visualize energy losses.
• Detect the delamination of certain components.
• Check the correct operation of the defrost systems.
• Detect faults or lack of insulation.
• Find air leaks.
• Detect the presence of moisture in insulation, roofs and walls.
• Detect poorly isolated areas.
• Identify thermal bridges.
• Identify water infiltration.
• Identify some electrical problems.
• Check irrigation of agricultural land.
